Breathe deeply. Move gently. Restore fully.

Before the holiday rush begins, give yourself an hour to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Join us in the beautiful art gallery at the Neill-Cochran House Museum—a serene and inspiring space where movement and creativity meet. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness, you’ll have space to recharge both physically and mentally before the holiday season arrives.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this welcoming, all-levels class offers a supportive way to slow down, settle in, and feel grounded.

Please bring a mat and any props you find helpful, such as a blanket or blocks.

A limited number of yoga mats will also be available to borrow at no charge.

Free parking is available in the lot behind the Museum; accessible from W 23rd St.
