DOORS OPEN AT 2:30pm for the 3:00pm show
Postcards from America features over five centuries of music from all corners of the country, including colonial hymns, enchanting Native American melodies, songs of nature, serious and silly American songs, and, of course, sing-along songs. Join Austin-based flute and harp duo Chaski, with special guest soprano Mikaela Pace, in a concert brought to you by Beethoven Concert Series and celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. We'll perform musical snapshots of this land's vibrant life, our ongoing struggle for liberty, and the joyful pursuit of happiness.
Free parking is available behind the Museum.
We would like to thank Charles & Mary Teeple for generously underwriting the performances of "Postcards from America” at the Neill-Cochran House Museum.
