America’s Potluck at the Neill-Cochran House Museum
Neighbors Sharing a Communal Meal in Celebration of Our Great Nation
sunday, july 5 | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
FREE EVENT - RSVP HERE
Food and music are ways that we can connect across our tables and bring people together to commemorate, celebrate, and look to the future. America's Potluck is an opportunity for neighbors to join one another to share a communal meal, creating a sense of connection and belonging and fostering interactions among people from all walks of life. While celebrations are happening across the country, the NCHM may be hosting the only one in Austin.
So join us for a fun, family-friendly feast in celebration of America’s 250th birthday! Make or bake your signature dish and bring it to the Neill-Cochran House Museum for an all-American pot luck lunch. Click the button above to RSVP and let us know what dish you might bring. It’s ok if you change your mind. The Museum will provide all the flatware and drinks as well as lawn games and America-themed activities. Plus it’s a great time to see the Jack White Retrospective exhibition on display in the NCHM Gallery.
Bring a lawn chair and your culinary speciality. We can’t wait to welcome you. Free parking is available behind the Museum.
