Friends of the Neill-Cochran House Museum
You are invited to join the Friends of the Neill-Cochran House Museum, created in 2004 and open to all. The Friends support a variety of programs plus the preservation, maintenance, and conservation of this historic landmark and its contents. As a member, you will enjoy a variety of benefits, depending on the enrollment level you choose.
Most of all, members experience the satisfaction of sharing the Neill-Cochran House and sustaining this treasured landmark and its heritage. We are eager to welcome you as a Friend!
Membership Levels:
Bluebonnet Circle- $2,000: Unlimited free admission to all events for members and guests, two private group tours for a group of ten, discount of 30% on facility rental rate once a year, permanent recognition on framed display in the House.
Abner Cook Society- $1,000: All Benifits of Cochran Society, plus Two additional tickets for Champagne & Carols, private tour for a group of ten, discount of 25% on facility rental rate once a year.
Cochran Society- $500: All benefits of Neill Society, plus two tickets for Champagne and Carols event, invitations to special tours and new exhibits with museum staff.
Neill Society- $200: All benefits of Hill Society, plus discount of 20% on facility rental rate once a year, invitation to participate in Friends Study Tours.
Hill Society- $100: All benefits of Museum Society, plus unlimited free admission to tour NCHM with two guests, discount of 10% on facility rental rate, once a year.
Museum Society- $50: All benefits of House Society, plus additional membership card and extension of all House Society features for two people. House Society- $35: Unlimited free admission to tour NCHM, museum event invitations, Among Friends Newsletter, charitable-gift tax deduction, Museum Store discount of 10%. Student Membership- $20: All House Society Benefits at a students-only discount.You may Download the application here.
We also offer an online donation system! Through Paypal you can make your contribution to NCHM- and you don’t need a Paypal account! Simply click the button below and follow the instructions. Please Note: In the box marked “special instructions to the seller” make sure you include your name, address, phone number, and membership level so we can update you in our database.
Corporate Membership
Businesses throughout the state are invited to be our partners in preservation through corporate memberships in the Friends of the Neill-Cochran House Museum. This new program offers four levels of giving that include:
- Master Builder, $5,000 or more
- Preservationist, $2,500
- Historian, $2,000
- Steward, $1,000
At all levels, companies receive
- logo listing on our website
- invitations to Friends events, including Champagne & Carols
- recognition in Among Friends, the NCHM quarterly newsletter along with a subscription
- free passes to the museum.
With memberships of $2,000 and more, discounts on facility rentals are included.
Members at the Master Builder level receive extra museum passes, extra event tickets, and a reception and tour for 20 associates in addition to prominent recognition on display inside the museum.
Your support will make an enormous difference in anchoring the Neill-Cochran House in the community through education and programming while sustaining and preserving this important Texas historical site.
